Key Responsibilities:


·         Sales to determine and define project scope and objectives


·         Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility


·         Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

·         Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress


·         Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed


·         Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement


·         Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects

o    ME


o    Production


o    Sales


·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within the scope


·         Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress


·         Report and escalate to management as needed


·         Sales to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


·         Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels


·         Perform other related duties as assigned


·         Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs


·         Make effective decisions or recommendations when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project


·         Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time


·         Manage the RFQ process to ensure timely completion for costing and sales review

Formal qualifications: 


·         Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework


·         Knowledge of various project management methodologies


·         Proven leadership skills


·         Cost and risk management skills


·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills


·         Interpersonal skills


·         Ability to make important decisions under pressure


·         Problem-solving skills


·         Ability to delegate effectively


·         Time management skills


·         Friendly and approachable


Bachelor's degree and preferably 2-4 years of experience in a related field
